LISTENING TRAINING
This is a group-based training on how to listen well. While a simple concept, listening deeply to people's stories and especially their suffering is not something most of us learn naturally. Through this training, you will learn how to listen not for your own benefit or information, but with the intention of helping the person sharing get to a deeper place of what they are sharing.

Group size?
This is typically about a 2 hour session, with about 30 minutes of teaching. The rest of the time is spent practicing the skills discussed and then reflecting on the experience.

Greater customization is available for an additional fee.
Basic package including a live (typically online) session with Caprice is $150.
5-6 participants are ideal. Larger groups can be discussed on a case by case basis. These are often done through a preliminary training of a smaller group of people who can facilitate breakout groups.
